Option 1: From within the app
This is the fastest way and erases your data immediately.
- Open Wandercoon and go to the Profil tab.
- Scroll to the Danger zone section.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and all cloud-synced data are then permanently erased from our servers.
Option 2: By email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Deleted permanently
- Your account identifier and email address.
- Your cloud-synced game progress, profile, username, and in-game currency totals.
- Any social data linked to your account (friends, profile visibility).
- On-device data (local game database and step ledger) is removed when you uninstall the app. Your raw step data never leaves your device in the first place.
May be retained
- Limited records we are legally required to keep (e.g. for tax or accounting). Subscription and purchase billing records are held by Apple or Google, not by us. Manage those from your store account.
- Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
